企业动态能力与绩效关系研究综述

摘要：企业作为一个动态系统，其成功与否在很大程度上取决于其动态能力的发展与运用。企业动态能力是指企业适应外部环境变化并迅速调整内部资源配置的能力，是企业持续竞争优势的重要来源之一。本文旨在通过综述当前研究，探讨企业动态能力如何影响企业绩效，以及二者之间的关系。通过系统整合国内外文献，对动态能力的概念和影响机制等进行了归纳，并探讨了未来研究的方向，以期为企业构建适配性能力体系、提升可持续竞争力提供理论指引。
