摘要:VR运动游戏是在安全环境中通过身体运动控制进行的主动视频游戏,应用于老年人群体可以增强身体活动和认知功能,但目前相关研究证据尚不充足。本文基于筛选的51篇文献,从VR运动游戏定义、特点和老年人参与此类运动游戏进行锻炼的动机及其影响出发,分析VR运动游戏对老年人认知功能所产生的效果。研究结果表明,VR运动游戏在老年人群体中的应用包括身体锻炼、疾病康复以及预防损伤等,目前研究已经证明了不同群体的老年人通过VR运动游戏进行身体锻炼可以提升其认知功能,并且部分的研究表明,其效果甚至可以大于传统的身体锻炼,而其中VR运动游戏对老年人注意力的影响方面,还需要进行更多具有更大样本的研究。
