摘要:近年来,随着水产养殖业对绿色饲料添加剂需求的增长,传统中药在水产养殖中的应用研究逐渐受到关注。白术 (Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.) 是具有多种药用价值的传统中药[1]。本文梳理了饲料添加剂白术对水产生物养殖的优势。评估适宜剂量的白术可提高鲤鱼消化酶活性及增强鲤鱼抗氧化能力的生长特性。
