对澳大利亚建筑行业数字化的关键挑战进行批判性分析

摘要:尽管建筑信息模型(BIM)和物联网(IoT)等数字技术在提升效率和协作方面具有巨大潜力,但澳大利亚建筑行业的数字化进程依然缓慢。本文从政策、技术、企业与劳动力四个关键维度出发,探讨了阻碍数字化转型的主要挑战。研究发现,各州政策缺乏统一、系统间兼容性不足、企业对投资回报持谨慎态度,以及教育与培训资源匮乏,均在不同程度上限制了数字化的推广与实施。本文旨在揭示这些问题背后的深层原因,以加深对澳大利亚建筑业数字化困境的理解,并为未来的改进方向提供参考。
