跨学科视域下保险医学课程思政的协同育人路径探索

摘要：本研究旨在探讨跨学科视域下保险医学课程的思政教育方式与协同育人路径，通过课堂观察、教学案例分析及学生匿名问卷方法，剖析课程思政实施中的核心问题。研究发现，学生学习中存在理论学习被动与实践活动表层化的矛盾，同时教学评价呈现重结果、轻过程的倾向。为此，研究构建了三阶激励与双轨评价的针对性改进体系，为推动保险医学课程思政的转变提供了实证依据与实践路径。
