摘要:当前,全球科技革命和产业变革加速演进,新质生产力已成为推动经济社会高质量发展的核心驱动力。传统培养模式多偏重理论而忽视实践,难以适应新质生产力背景下社会对人才的需求。本文基于新质生产力背景,分析学前教育专业应用型创新人才的内涵和培养意义,探讨当前高校人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出通过优化课程体系、创新教学方法、强化实践环节、深化产教融合及完善评价体系等对策,以期适应新时代学前教育发展需求,实现人才培养与产业需求的精准对接,为学前教育高质量发展提供人才支撑。
