摘要:“大思政”要求教师成为“大先生”。高校图书馆的馆员以图书馆为育人阵地,扮演着“第二课堂”的“大先生”。本文阐释了在“大思政”背景下,高校图书馆加强馆员队伍建设的重要性,并提出相应的工作举措。
