孤独症儿童应答不当的多模态干预策略

摘要:本研究选取 9 名 3 至 7 岁汉语孤独症儿童的诊疗会话为语料,采用会话分析的定性研究方法,对诊疗互动 过程中治疗师应对孤独症儿童不当应答的多模态干预策略进行分析。研究发现:治疗师在孤独症儿童产出不恰当 应答时,倾向于以重复提问、指向性手势策略引导儿童正确应答,在干预无果时采用示范应答或话题转换的形式 推进诊疗会话进程。本研究验证了治疗师在诊疗互动中言语和手势模态互动的重要意义。
