摘要:胶原蛋白-水凝胶复合体系通过两组分的功能协同,构建了兼具优异生物相容性与可控三维网络结构的新型药物递送平台。本文聚焦于该复合体系的载药性能优化与药物释放机制,系统剖析了体系结构、药物特性与制备工艺等多因素对载药行为的协同影响规律;进而揭示了其扩散、溶胀与降解三位一体的药物控释机制,并详细阐述了通过结构设计与功能化修饰实现释放行为精准调控的策略。本综述为推动该类智能载药体系的设计与应用提供了坚实的理论基石,并展望了其临床转化的未来方向。
