激光联合可预重组胶原蛋白修复敷料治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床研究

摘要：目的：评价重组胶原蛋白修复敷料辅助595nm脉冲染料激光治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效及安全性，为术后修复提供临床依据。方法：选取2024年11月1日至2025年2月28日于柳州市妇幼保健院皮肤科确诊为浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤的患儿，采用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组。两组均接受595nm脉冲染料激光治疗，术后实验组外涂重组胶原蛋白修复敷料，对照组外涂夫西地酸乳膏，连续用药1个月。通过对比两组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率及类型（糜烂、溃疡、紫癜、水肿等），评估重组胶原蛋白修复敷料的临床价值。结果：数据分析结果显示，①不良反应发生率：实验组术后糜烂、溃疡等严重不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P≤0.05），表明重组胶原蛋白修复敷料可有效减轻激光术后组织损伤；②次要不良反应：实验组紫癜、水肿、血疱、结痂等短期反应发生率较对照组下降，但差异无统计学意义（P≥0.05）；③色素改变：实验组色素改变发生率为23.53%，对照组为28.00%，虽数值上呈改善趋势，但组间差异无统计学意义（P≥0.05）。结论：重组胶原蛋白修复敷料用于脉冲染料激光术后护理，可显著降低糜烂、溃疡等严重不良反应风险，减轻患儿术后不适，提升治疗安全性及家属满意度。其对色素异常的改善趋势虽未达统计学差异，但提示其在屏障修复及微环境调控中的潜在作用，值得扩大样本量进一步验证。
