摘要:随着近年来校园危机事件的频发,校医作为校园健康与安全的守护者,在危机干预中扮演着至关重要的角色。本文旨在深入探讨SAFER-R模型在校医危机管理中应用与实践,为校医提供一个科学、结构化的行动框架。通过介绍SAFER-R模型的核心理念与操作要点,旨在提升校医在危机干预中的有效性和针对性,进而维护学生心理健康和校园安全稳定。
