共享决策在血液病中的应用进展

摘要：共享决策是患者与医护人员协同合作，在医疗方案上讨论协商，并在最终执行方案上共同做出决策的过程，在近些年的发展，血液病的治疗的研究如放疗、化疗、造血干细胞移植等方式都有着重要进展，使得血液病患者能够有着更多的治疗方案的选择，并且随着患者群体知识水平的提升，传统的医生主导的家长式决策制定已难以跟上时代，此时共享决策的开展优势逐渐凸显，该文介绍共享决策在血液病的实施意义，并对医患共享决策在血液病的应用进行综述，以期为临床实践提供参考。
