覆膜支架治疗右髂动脉闭塞性病变合并腹主动脉溃疡1例

摘要：患者男性，73 岁，入院前 1 年无明显诱因出现双下肢发凉，逐渐加重，伴有长期腹痛，CTA 确诊右髂动脉 闭塞性病变合并腹主动脉溃疡，择期局麻下行介入手术治疗。术后好转出院。
