品管圈对血透室护理人员手卫生管理的效果

品管圈对血透室护理人员手卫生管理的效果

摘要:目的:分析讨论品管圈对血透室护理人员手卫生管理的效果。方法:以我院 2019 年开展常规管理为对照 组,2020 年开展品管圈管理为观察组,各组工作人员为 20 例。将两组的手卫生落实情况和院感事件发生情况以 及工作人员对于手卫生管理知识的掌握情况相比较。结果:观察组手卫生落实率(89.33%)高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组院感事件发生率(5.0%)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组工作人员对于手卫生管理知识掌握度[理论知识 (88.32±2.23)分,实践知识(87.67±2.81)分,技巧知识(88.32±3.91)分]高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论: 品管圈在血透室护理人员手卫生管理中效果明显,值得广泛推广与应用。

The Effect of Quality Control Circle on Hand Hygiene Management of Hemodialysis Room Nursing Staff

Abstract: Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of quality control circle on hand hygiene management of hemodialysis nursing staff. Method: Our hospital conducted routine management in 2019 as the control group and quality control circle management in 2020 as the observation group, with 20 staff members in each group. Compare the implementation of hand hygiene between the two groups, the occurrence of nosocomial infections, and the mastery of hand hygiene management knowledge by the staff. Result: The implementation rate of hand hygiene in the observation group (89.33%) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of nosocomial infection events in the observation group (5.0%) was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The mastery level of hand hygiene management knowledge among the observation group staff [theoretical knowledge (88.32 ± 2.23) points, practical knowledge (87.67 ± 2.81) points, and technical knowledge (88.32 ± 3.91) points] was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The quality control circle has a significant effect on hand hygiene management of hemodialysis nursing staff and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
