摘要:肝脏疾病是全球性的重大公共卫生挑战,其发病率和死亡率居高不下,给社会带来沉重负担。从传统中药中发掘安全有效的保肝活性成分是当前新药研发的重要方向。黑老虎(Kadsura coccinea(Lem.)A.C.Sm.)作为五味子科(Schisandraceae)南五味子属的代表性植物,在我国民间有悠久的药用历史,常用于治疗多种炎性及损伤性疾病。现代植物化学研究表明,黑老虎富含木脂素类化合物,尤其是联苯环辛烯二烯类木脂素,是其发挥生物活性的主要物质基础。大量药理学研究证实,黑老虎木脂素表现出显著的保肝活性,能有效拮抗化学性、药物性、酒精性以及代谢性因素诱导的肝损伤。本文系统综述了近年来黑老虎木脂素在保肝活性方面的研究成果,深入阐述了其多途径、多靶点的作用机制,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,旨在为基于黑老虎木脂素的保肝新药或功能性食品的开发提供科学依据和理论参考。
