摘要:目的:本研究是探索钆塞酸二钠(Gadoxetic acid disodium,Gd-EOB-DTPA)对肝脏磁共振横向弛豫时间定量成像(T2 relaxation time mapping,T2 mapping)的影响。方法:回顾性收集本院2023年3月至2024年6月期间80例慢性肝病患者的肝脏Gd-EOB-DTPA增强MRI数据,根据扫描期分为2组,平扫期的T2 mapping为Mpre组,肝胆期的T2 mapping为Mpost组。在两组对应层数的肝左外叶、肝左内叶、肝右外叶、肝右内叶手动绘制受检者感兴趣区(Region of Interest, ROI)曲线,计算曲线下面积(Area Under the Curve, AUC)的均值,以此进行两组间的数据对比。结果:研究结果显示,80例病例中,Mpre组T2 mapping检查序列均值为46.60ms,Mpost组均值为35.50ms。与Mpre组相比,Mpost组均值显著降低,两组间均值差值具有统计学意义(P < 0.001)。这表明Gd-EOB-DTPA会使肝脏MRI成像中T2 mapping测量数值发生显著变化,明显缩短T2 mapping值。结论:在进行肝脏T2 mapping序列检查时,为避免Gd-EOB-DTPA对肝脏组织T2定量值变化进行定量分析的影响,应在注射钆塞酸二钠造影剂前完成扫描,为临床提供更为精准的数据。
