患侧双输尿管支架置入与单支架置入治疗严重梗阻性尿源性脓毒血症的疗效及安全性比较：一项前瞻性对照研究

摘要：目的：本研究旨在探讨患侧双输尿管支架置入在严重梗阻性尿源性脓毒血症治疗上的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择我院2022年1月到2024年9月接受手术治疗的严重的输尿管梗阻性尿源性脓毒血症患者60例纳入本研究进行前瞻性对服研究，根据患者意愿、手术方式不同及纳入排除标准进行分组，A组为试验组30例：患侧双根输尿管支架置入治疗组；B组为对照组30例：患侧单根输尿管支架置入治疗组。结果：试验组患者在采用患侧双根输尿管支架置入治疗之后，其临床症状的改善指标、相关生化指标的改善指标、以及呼吸频率、收缩压、平均动脉压(MAP)等指标都优于对照组患者,两组数据之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：患侧双输尿管支架置入治疗严重梗阻性尿源性脓毒血症是一种有效且安全的治疗方法，可显著改善患者的临床症状和相关生化指标，并缩短相关指标恢复时间，具有重要的临床价值，值得推广。
