失眠认知行为治疗软件在睡眠障碍患者辅助治疗中的应用价值

失眠认知行为治疗软件在睡眠障碍患者辅助治疗中的应用价值

摘要:目的:本研究旨在评估失眠认知行为治疗软件(希迪克(郑州)智能康复设备有限公司,型号:XDK-CBTI-01)对原发性睡眠障碍患者的临床干预效果,明确其在非情绪性失眠中的辅助治疗价值。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照试验设计,共纳入原发性睡眠障碍患者130例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组(各65例)。纳入标准包括年龄18~65岁、ISI≥8分、GAD-7和PHQ-9评分均<10分。对照组接受8周标准化睡眠卫生教育,试验组在此基础上额外使用失眠认知行为治疗软件进行干预。干预前后评估失眠严重程度指数(ISI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)及患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)。结果:8周后,试验组ISI与PSQI评分较基线显著下降,且降幅均大于对照组(P<0.001),显示睡眠质量和失眠症状显著改善。两组干预后GAD-7与PHQ-9评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:该软件可作为原发性失眠的有效辅助干预工具,具有操作简便、非药物化、可推广性强等优势,尤其适合社区和家庭场景应用。但对焦虑、抑郁等情绪症状改善有限,需结合综合管理方案。
