病例结合VR虚拟现实技术在儿童脑瘫教学中的应用

摘要：目的：探讨病例结合VR技术对医学生在儿童脑瘫诊断、康复评估及沟通能力培养中的教学效果。方法：选取2022年9月至2024年9月康复治疗专业4年制学生，以第三年临床实习阶段的100名学生作为研究对象，将2022年9月至2023年9月期间实习的50名学生作为对照组，采用传统教学模式，将2023年9月至2024年9月期间实习的50名学生作为观察组，采用病例结合VR虚拟现实技术教学法。比较两组学生的理论成绩、临床思维和操作考核、病例分析成绩及满意度。结果：观察组学生的理论成绩、临床思维和操作考核、病例分析成绩及满意度均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：采用病例结合VR虚拟现实技术教学法在儿童脑瘫教学中发挥重要作用。
