摘要:癌症免疫治疗近年来在新抗原个性化疫苗和人工智能预测模型的应用中取得重大进展。肿瘤突变产生的新抗原能够激活T细胞免疫应答,为精准治疗提供了新的可能。然而,由于MHC的多态性及TCR识别机制的复杂性,新抗原的筛选仍然面临挑战。随着人工智能技术的引入,提高了新抗原预测的准确性和效率。
