摘要:绝经是女性生命中的重要生理转折点,主要表现在卵巢功能衰退和雌激素水平的显著下降。这一过程不仅影响女性生殖系统,也影响着中枢神经系统功能。流行病学显示绝经后女性认知衰退风险增加。这一现象背后的机制及干预措施有待研究。本文围绕有关女性绝经前后认知功能的变化的相关研究进行综述,以期为改善女性绝经后认知功能的下降提供科学依据和指导。
