经会阴前列腺穿刺活检的现状及其研究进展

摘要：前列腺癌已成为威胁男性健康的重要疾病，在我国其发病率逐年上升，前列腺癌的早期发现、尽快干预将直接影响患者预后，因此前列腺癌诊断的金标准即前列腺穿刺活检尤为重要。本文主要综述了经会阴前列腺穿刺活检的现状及其研究进展，总结了其在前列腺癌检出率、并发症发生率以及学习曲线等的优势，相信其在后续的临床医疗诊治中发挥更加重要的作用。
