摘要:口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤,临床上包括牙龈癌、舌癌、软硬腭癌、口底癌等。尽管手术切除联合化疗和放疗的治疗方法已广泛应用,但OSCC仍总体预后不佳,且近20年来没有任何明显的进展。发生转移是OSCC预后不良的重要指标,大多数转移性OSCC患者生存期仅不到一年。因此,探究OSCC增殖侵袭和迁移的潜在分子机制可以为OSCC治疗开拓新的思路,提供新的潜在治疗靶点。环状RNA(circRNA)是内源性非编码RNA的新兴亚群,大量研究表明,circRNA通过circRNA-miRNA-mRNA网络在癌症发生发展中发挥重要作用。越来越多的实验证明,一些circRNA能促进OSCC的进展。circRNA有望作为OSCC转移、复发的潜在标志物,为其诊断、治疗提供新思路。
