瘤内微生物对细胞治疗的影响和作用机制

摘要:近年来,瘤内微生物群被认为是肿瘤微环境(TME)的关键组成部分,并且在肿瘤的发生、进展及治疗应答中发挥重要作用。微生物不仅影响肿瘤细胞的生物学行为,还可通过代谢调控、免疫信号传导及炎症调节深度重塑TME。此外,瘤内微生物对细胞治疗疗效具有显著影响,特定微生物能够增强T细胞活化,提高抗肿瘤免疫效应,而某些致病菌则可能促进免疫逃逸,削弱细胞治疗效果。本文综述了瘤内微生物的组成、功能及其在实体瘤发展中的作用,并重点探讨微生物如何调节TME,从而影响细胞治疗的有效性。深入理解微生物-宿主互作对细胞治疗的影响,有助于优化个性化癌症免疫治疗策略,为精准医学提供新思路。
