核磁共振诊断膝关节损伤的评价

摘要:目的:分析核磁共振诊断膝关节损伤的评价。方法:选择我院于 2023 年 1 月-2024 年 1 月内收治的 100 例膝关节损伤患者为研究对象,将其按随机分组方法分为对照组(50 例,采用 CT 诊断检查)和观察组(50 例, 采用核磁共振诊断检查),对两组的检查完成时间和临床确诊时间、诊断结果以及诊断准确率进行对比与评估。 结果:观察组的检查完成时间长于对照组,临床确诊时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的诊断结果显著高于对 照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的诊断准确率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对膝关节 损伤的诊断中实施核磁共振诊断可取得明显效果,显著提高诊断效果和诊断准确率,缩短临床确诊时间。在实际 应用中展现出较高的价值,值得推广与应用。

Evaluation of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Diagnosis for Knee Joint Injury

[Abstract] Objective:Evaluate the diagnosis of knee joint injuries using magnetic resonance imaging.Methods:100 patients with knee joint injuries admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, diagnosed by CT) and an observation group (50 cases, diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging). The completion time and clinical diagnosis time, diagnostic results, and diagnostic accuracy of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results:The completion time of the observation group's examination was longer than that of the control group, and the clinical diagnosis time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The diagnostic results of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis in the diagnosis of knee joint injuries can achieve significant results, significantly improve diagnostic effectiveness and accuracy, and shorten clinical diagnosis time. It has demonstrated high value in practical applications and is worth promoting and applying.
