摘要:全球慢性病患病人数持续上涨,已成为威胁人类健康的重大隐患。长期久坐与身体活动不足是导致各类慢性病发病与死亡的关键风险因素,增加打断久坐频次、延长身体活动时间则是改善多种慢性病的重要途经。
