m6A甲基化在非酒精性脂肪肝中的研究进展

摘要:非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)是一种常见的慢性肝病,其发病机制复杂,涉及多种因素;m6A(N6-methyladenosine,m6A)修饰是腺嘌呤(A)第六个 N 原子发生甲基化,是RNA最常见的甲基化修饰。越来越多的研究表明,m6A修饰在NAFLD的进展中具有重要作用。本文主要通过m6A写入器、擦除器和阅读器在NAFLD中的作用以及m6A通过影响脂质代谢、自噬以及药物作用方面,阐述了其与疾病的关系。
