终末期肾病患者预立医疗照护计划的研究进展

摘要：终末期肾病（End-Stage Renal Disease,ESRD）是一类严重危害患者健康且影响生活质量的慢性肾脏疾病。本文对近年围绕ESRD患者实施预立医疗照护计划（（Advance Care Planning,ACP）的相关研究进行总结。研究发现，ACP能够为ESRD患者提供个性化医疗服务，通过提前规划患者的医疗决策，帮助患者更好地应对疾病，提升治疗体验和生命质量。本文还提出了针对性的管理策略，旨在为临床医护人员提供更深入的理解和指导，助力他们为ESRD患者制定符合其个性化需求的ACP计划。
