摘要:通过分析133名阿尔茨海默病患者的数据,探讨了甘油三酯葡萄糖(TyG)指数与脑组织结构的关系。研究发现,相比TyG指数最低的患者组,其他组患者的多个脑区(楔前叶、楔叶、枕中回等)均出现体积萎缩。表明TyG指数通过影响脑胰岛素抵抗影响脑区体积,为预防代谢综合征导致阿尔茨海默病提供新的观察指标。
