MEOX2基因在结直肠癌肿瘤微环境中的作用及其调控机制研究

摘要本研究通过多组学数据分析,探讨了MEOX2基因在结直肠癌(CRC)肿瘤微环境(TME)中的表达特征、调控模式及其在免疫逃逸中的作用。研究发现,MEOX2在CRC中异常高表达,并与患者预后不良相关。通过富集分析,发现MEOX2与TGF-β信号通路相关,该通路是肿瘤免疫逃逸的关键调控因素。单细胞分析显示,MEOX2主要在基质细胞中表达,并通过影响基质细胞与髓细胞的细胞间通讯,间接影响免疫逃逸。此外,研究还发现MEOX2基因的表达水平与增强子活性密切相关,其表达改变可能与肿瘤微环境中的表观遗传重编程有关。本研究为CRC的预防和治疗提供了新的分子靶点。
