KIFC1在多种肿瘤中表达情况的研究进展

摘要驱动蛋白家族成员C1 (KIFC1) 是驱动蛋白-14家族蛋白(Kinesin-14 family proteins)C型驱动蛋白,被认为是负末端定向运动蛋白,通过水解三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、运输囊泡和沿着细胞器移动,在细胞内转运或细胞分裂中发挥重要作用。KIFC1是在癌前病变和恶性病变中观察到的促进癌细胞存活的蛋白质。有研究表明其在各种癌细胞中的表达增加与肿瘤分期和恶性程度呈正相关。本篇综述主要讨论KIFC1在多种恶性肿瘤中的表达情况及研究进展。
