摘要:探讨英国老年人在日常生活中使用健康辅导类移动应用对健康行为改变的影响,分析其使用过程中的促进因素与障碍。方法上,对“Holly Health”应用 25 份老年用户访谈资料进行质性二次分析,采用反思性主题分析,并以 COM-B 模型归纳影响因素。结果显示,既有健康知识与数字经验有助于促进使用;技术不足、建议获取受限与操作困难构成障碍。积极动机(追求健康)促进持续使用,而消极动机(避免疾病)易导致中断。情感联结与人工支持等社会机会因素可增强参与度。结论表明,老年人可将健康辅导应用融入日常健康习惯养成。数字健康工具在促进行为改变方面具潜力,但设计与推广仍需优化。本研究结果可为老年人数字健康干预的设计与实施提供实践参考。
