摘要:本研究比较上海与温哥华高中生饮食健康与可持续食物行为的差异与成因。采用问卷、24小时膳食回顾、深度访谈与环境扫描进行三角交叉验证。研究发现:两地均存在“高认同、低执行”的知信行差距,受价格、便利与口味制约;差异在于上海家庭与食堂保障下正餐稳定、节约文化强,温哥华则外卖零食依赖高但部分可持续选项可得性较好。访谈显示,学生对“食物碳足迹”等概念的认知深度存在差异。建议两地从供给侧(提高可得性)、教育侧(概念本地化与实践结合)、政策激励侧(补贴与校园机制)协同干预。
