篮球运动员转项手球项目的可行性分析

摘要：本文通过系统分析篮球与手球项目在体能、技能、战术及心理能力上的相似性，探讨了篮球运动员转项手球项目的可行性。研究表明，篮球运动员在爆发力、空间感知和团队协作等方面的优势可有效迁移至手球项目，尤其在生物力学特征、体能需求和战术体系上表现显著。然而，技术细节和规则适应仍需针对性改进。研究还指出，手球项目在职业发展空间、运动损伤风险和国际化机会等方面具有吸引力，结合政策支持，篮球运动员转项手球具备较高可行性，且能缩短成才周期。
