摘要:针对电动汽车充电桩布局中存在的供需失衡、用户满意度低及多方利益冲突问题,本文提出一种多维度协同优化方法。首先,构建基于用户满意度的充电决策模型,通过时间成本与费用成本的多目标优化。其次,建立时空耦合的交通-电网协同模型,基于图论刻画时变路网状态,并引入配电网安全约束,实现交通流与电能流的动态匹配。进一步设计合作博弈动态定价机制,平衡成本优化、负荷均衡与收益提升目标。算例验证表明,模型提高充电桩利用率以及降低用户充电成本,并缓解电网峰值负荷压力。本研究为充电桩布局优化提供了理论框架与技术路径,对推动城市交通-能源系统协同发展具有实践意义。
