董事会多样性对企业 ESG 表现的影响研究

摘要：新常态下，高质量发展已成为我国经济发展新常态的必然选择，也是实现企业可持续发展的必然选择。如 何兼顾环境、社会和治理绩效，是企业实现高质量发展必须面对的现实问题。本研究旨在探讨企业 ESG 表现与董 事会多样性之间的关系。本文以 2017-2022 年我国 A 股上市公司为研究对象，考察董事会性别和独立性对公司 ESG 表现的影响。研究发现，董事会性别和独立性对公司的 ESG 表现具有显著影响。
