人工智能发展对技能溢价的影响研究

摘要：以云计算、人工智能等为代表的具有颠覆性影响的数字技术迅速发展，不断加速数字经济形态变迁，其中， 人工智能技术区别于传统自动化技术，将更广泛、更深刻的对人类劳动力产生替代与赋能，对社会就业产生深远 影响。人工智能对技能溢价的研究对于理解收入差距和实现共同富裕具有重要意义。随着人工智能的快速发展， 深入研究人工智能对技能溢价的影响，可以为促进数字技能培养和人才流动，缩小收入差距，实现共同富裕的目 标提供可行性建议。
