摘要:为探究体育锻炼与大学生积极情感的关系与作用机制,本研究采用体育活动量表、乐观倾向量表、积极自我感知量表、积极情感量表对1854名大学生进行调查。结果显示:(1)体育活动、积极自我感知、乐观倾向、积极情感均呈显著相关;(2)体育锻炼正向预测大学生积极情感;(3)体育活动分别通过积极自我感知、乐观倾向的中介作用和积极自我感知与乐观倾向的链式中介作用对大学生的积极情感产生预测作用。本研究揭示了体育锻炼与大学生积极情感的关系及其内在机制。研究建议高校应高度重视体育锻炼在促进学生心理健康方面的独特作用,通过开设体育与心理健康相结合的课程或活动,引导学生积极参与体育锻炼,以提升他们的自我感知和乐观态度,进而增强积极情感。
