摘要:2021年,《华盛顿协议》进行了最新修改,在毕业要求中加强了对毕业生团队合作能力,沟通能力,职业规范能力,终身学习能力等非技术能力的要求。评价是教育教学质量的重要保障。为解决非技术能力评价的评价内容多、难评价的问题,国际上,学者试图在一项评价中同时考虑多元评价者、多元评价内容、多元评价方法,形成多元一体化的评价方案。在我国发展多元一体化非技术能力评价工具时,需要同步课程优化,引入真实情境;结合真实案例,引导学生反思。
