竹醋液在农业、养殖和生活中的应用研究

摘要：竹醋液作为竹炭生产的副产品，其成分复杂且具有多种潜在应用。竹醋液含有有机酸、酚类、酮类、醛类、 醇等成分，其应用研究包含农业、环保、食品、医药等领域，如防治果蔬白粉病与灰霉病等植物病害、防治叶食 性毛虫等虫害并提高农林作物产量与品质、土壤修复、水产与家禽家畜养殖、化妆品和食品保鲜等。全球对纯天 然、绿色可持续资源的需求增长，中国作为竹产业大国，加强竹醋液的研发和应用，旨在提高经济效益并减轻环 境负担。随着新技术的发掘与应用，竹醋液的分离纯化将更加高效，推动其在多个领域的应用，同时降低环境污 染，提高资源利用率。预计未来竹醋液的市场规模将持续增长，中国有望通过技术创新和产品开发，在全球竹醋 液市场中占据有利地位。
