Research on the Transformation Efficiency of Business Administration in Manufacturing Enterprises Empowered by Digital Technology

Abstract: The rapid iteration of the digital economy has reshaped the development pattern of the manufacturing industry.The traditional human and experience-based business administration model can no longer meet the development needs of intelligent manufacturing and flexible production.Digital transformation has become the core path for manufacturing enterprises to improve quality and efficiency and break through development bottlenecks.Based on the empowerment theory and value chain theory,this paper combines the current situation of business administration in manufacturing enterprises,analyzes the internal logic between digital empowerment and business administration transformation,and sorts out the practical problems existing in the enterprise transformation process such as backward concepts,rigid organization,fragmented data and talent shortage.It constructs a digital empowerment transformation system from four dimensions including management model,organizational structure,business process and risk control,and puts forward targeted efficiency improvement strategies.The research aims to explore the empowering value of digital technology to the business administration of manufacturing enterprises,help manufacturing enterprises realize digitalized management,scientific decision-making and efficient operation,and provide theoretical reference and practical support for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
