Abstract: China, in response to the question: "What is the world now and what is happening to humanity?" on this occasion, put forward the idea of "Humanity as a Community with a Shared Future", which is innovative in solving the systemic problems of the Western traditional global governance system based on capital rules. Tackling the fundamental philosophical groundwork of this concept from a Marxist perspective, this study integrates the speculative thinking of macro political philosophy with social and economic practices of the micro and meso level. The research suggests that this concept is a transcendence of the capitalist "center-periphery" dependency system and its "illusory community" in the spirit of Marx's "philosophy of the species" and the law of evolution of his "community" and "world history". In the implementation path, this study proposes to build the global governance model of consultation, cooperation, and sharing; meanwhile, the implementation of the “four major global initiatives” and the full adoption of the role of new quality productive forces jointly solve the "tragedy of the commons" problem in the global public domain and jointly promote the construction of the “Belt and Road”. The idea of "Humanity as a Community with a Shared Future" is not only a scientific roadmap for the transitional period of "coexistence of dual systems", but also Injects Chinese wisdom into the reshaping of an equal, multi-polar and inclusive international landscape.
