Abstract: Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, the deep integration of culture and tourism has become a key pathway for high-quality development. As a form of new quality productive forces in the cultural field, the performance-and-event economy injects momentum into the integration of culture, commerce, and tourism. Based on questionnaires, interviews, SEM, and fsQCA, this study compares Hangzhou concerts and Jiangsu’s “Su Super League.” The findings show a “traffic–consumption–branding” mechanism: concerts rely on emotional identification and produce short-term traffic surges, while sports events combine rational and emotional drivers and better support spatial diffusion and brand accumulation. Three paths are identified: emotion-driven, service-optimization, and collaborative linkage. The study offers references for Zhejiang in implementing the “Double Eight Strategy,” advancing the “Two Firsts,” and building a new cultural high ground.
