Abstract: In response to the problems such as high transmission delay, poor anti-interference ability, and insufficient uplink bandwidth in traditional industrial wireless networks in complex chemical industrial parks, this paper, based on the 5G SA (Standalone) independent networking architecture, deeply analyzes and practices the 5G key technologies for industrial Internet of Things. By deploying MEC (Multi-access Edge Computing), implementing end-to-end network slicing, applying Massive MIMO and uplink enhancement technologies, a high-reliability and low-latency smart chemical industrial park communication network was constructed. Engineering practice shows that this solution effectively solves the signal coverage problem in the dense metal pipeline environment, controls the end-to-end latency within 10ms, significantly improves the data interaction efficiency of inspection robots, AR remote maintenance, and massive sensors, and provides a feasible technical reference for the digital transformation of the chemical industry.
