边界组织的研究综述与展望

摘要：本文首先提炼了边界组织的概念内涵；其次，从组织层面探讨了边界跨越者的影响效应；最后，总结当前边界跨越者研究中存在的空白，并提出未来研究应深入探索边界组织在组织与组织、技术与市场之间所发挥的作用，拓展边界组织理论。
