摘要:为促进铁尾矿近地消纳并降低道路基层建设成本,探究“水泥—粉煤灰”复合稳定铁尾矿砂的工程适用性。采用单因素法,设计不同铁尾矿砂掺量(0%~100%)、结合料总掺量(15%~20%)及粉煤灰与水泥质量比(3:1~5:1)的配合比。通过击实与无侧限抗压试验评估各变量对混合料物理与力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:随铁尾矿砂掺量增加,最大干密度与最佳含水率均显著提升,抗压强度呈先升后降趋势,在 50% 掺量时因微集料填充效应优化了内部孔隙结构,强度达峰值(2.30 MPa);提高结合料总掺量使最大干密度下降、最佳含水率上升,但水化产物强化了骨架,强度攀升至 2.78 MPa;固定结合料总量时,增大粉煤灰与水泥质量比会削弱早期水化活性致 7 d 强度衰减。综合推荐 50%铁尾矿砂替代率、17.5%结合料掺量及 4:1粉煤灰与水泥质量比为较优配合比,为规模化应用提供依据。
